Purpose / Description‍

Toitu Ngati Porou Tertiary Education Grants were developed to help support Ngati Porou Uri in achieving higher education.

Eligibility & Criteria

• Must be a registered member of Te Rūnanganui o Ngāti Porou.
• Be enrolled as a full-time student at a New Zealand tertiary education provider in 2026

‍COURSES OF STUDY
Grants are available to eligible persons undertaking undergraduate or postgraduate studies at a New Zealand tertiary education organisation recognised by NZQA(e.g. University, Whare Wananga, or polytechnic).

1. Confirmation of Iwi Registration - Copy of your Iwi Beneficiary Number
2. Confirmation of Study - Evidence of your full-time enrolment.
3. Confirmation of Account - Bank statement with your name and account
