Te Rūnanganui o Ngāti Porou Trustee Ltd is the corporate trustee of Te Rūnanganui o Ngāti Porou Trust. The trust represents the collective interests of Ngāti Porou iwi members and consists of 14 directors (Elected Representatives), 2 representatives from each Rohenga Tipuna. Its subsidiaries are Toitū Ngāti Porou, Nāti Growth Limited and Ngāti Porou Oranga. Each subsidiary has its own Board of Directors and management.
